Midascom Network Hiring! Full Time Business Development in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities, identify potential customers, and emerging sectors of 5G Network Expansion.
• Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on potential upcoming project.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for generator sets and related services (e.g., claim extra charge, special transport, convert remote site).
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services (e.g., purchase genset, service and maintenance support, diesel supply).
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensuring client needs and satisfaction relate to our services.
• Work closely with internal teams, including project management, contract, operation, safety, service departments and accounting, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular monthly and weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and external meeting to promote brand awareness and generate new leads.
• Maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service and ethical business practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the superior, from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
