We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing & Admin Executive to support our company's marketing activities, generate new business opportunities, promote our software products and IT services, and manage administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with potential clients, conducting cold calls, identifying sales opportunities, and executing marketing strategies to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote company products, software solutions, and IT services.
• Identify potential clients through online research, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other sales channels.
• Generate leads, arrange meetings, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Promote company products and services through social media, digital marketing campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Prepare marketing materials, company presentations, product brochures, and sales proposals.
• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and lead follow-up records.
• Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Administrative Support

• Handle general administrative tasks, documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and customer communications.
• Support management in daily operations and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in cold calling, approaching potential clients, and following up on sales leads.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Commission
