Job Summary
Build and deliver digital products by collaborating with product teams to manage development cycles, conduct user research, ensure quality testing, and support product adoption and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews that inform product development
Plan and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives with product teams to maintain agile workflows
Track and manage development progress to ensure timely delivery of product releases
Conduct and support comprehensive system, user acceptance, and security testing before product launch
Develop and execute user education campaigns to drive product adoption after release
Provide ongoing product support by working with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs
Partner with product teams to deliver end-to-end digital product solutions that meet user needs and business goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional
Degrees or diplomas in computer science, product management, or related fields
Experience using platforms like Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq
Proven ability to drive product success by effectively bringing products to users
