Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact, manage the franchisees account and developing a solid and trusting relationship between the franchisees and the company.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company business objectives.
• Supervising and provide guidance to the franchisees within the region and ensure the operation meets the operations KPI.
• Responsible to manage, review, on boarding, off boarding, transfer, merger, and other related tasks of franchisees within the region.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by franchisees and provide suggestion and improvement plan from time to time;
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for management;
• Responsible for standardizing the operational processes of franchisee within the region, and implementing training in accordance with relevant headquarters standards;
• Responsible for reporting and resolving sudden issues such as parcel overloaded issue and etc. within the region.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of any field.
• Proven work experience as Sales & Marketing in logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred for this position.
• An ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
