Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or other relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical site supervision, electrical installation, or construction projects is prefered.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and site safety requirements.
- Able to read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and supervise site workers effectively.
- Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily electrical installation works at the project site.
- Ensure electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, main contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to the agreed schedule.
- Inspect electrical installations and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and technical documents.
- Identify and resolve site issues related to electrical works in a timely manner.
- Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with site safety procedures and requirements.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.
- Assist with site inspections, testing, commissioning, and rectification works when required.
