Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the customer base for packaging materials through active sales and business development.
  • Identify potential business customers and explore new market opportunities.
  • Promote the company's packaging products and prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain customer relationships and follow up on sales enquiries, orders and payments.
  • Conduct market research and analyse competitors' pricing and market trends.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
    Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.

  • Be available on call when required and accommodate customers' schedules to attend to urgent sales enquiries and business needs.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing in packaging materials or wholesale trading.

  • Proven ability to develop new business accounts and achieve sales targets.

  • Good negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
