About us

The Candy Store started in a bedroom and has grown into one of Singapore's most fun candy brands, with a store at Tanglin Mall, 80K+ TikTok followers, and B2B clients including Spotify, Google, W Hotel and many more. We're looking for an energetic, customer-loving Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our store.

What you'll do

- Welcome customers, recommend products and drive in-store sales

- Process sales and payments accurately, and handle exchanges and enquiries

- Keep the store clean, well stocked and visually appealing

- Restock shelves, receive deliveries and carry out regular stock counts

- Manage customer pick-ups and help prepare online and corporate orders

- Create a fun, memorable experience that keeps customers coming back

- Support promotions, events and in-store content for social media

What we're looking for

- Singapore Citizen, PR, or Long-Term Visit Pass holder (we are unable to sponsor work passes for this role)

- Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to customers of all ages, including kids and families

- Reliable and punctual, with a good eye for detail when handling stock

- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but attitude matters most

- Able to work 44 hours a week on a roster, including weekends and public holidays (2 weekend days off per month)

What we offer

- Salary: S$1,800 to S$2,500 per month, depending on experience
