Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Warehouse Department)
• Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.45pm; Alternate Sat 8.30am–12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Service Supervisors, Officers and Assistants to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address feedback and resolve concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and forecast fluctuations in container, cargo, material and inventory volumes and movements.
• Liaise with customers on container, cargo, material and inventory matters, and oversee related administrative and customer service activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and third parties to fulfil customer orders and requests.
• Maintain accurate shipping and tracking records of customers’ inventory and stock movements.
• Develop, maintain and submit periodic and ad hoc reports as required.
• Respond promptly to customer requests to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and process monthly customer billing.
• Address billing enquiries and discuss preferred billing arrangements with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience handling shipping documentation or billing in a third-party logistics company.
• Experience using TradeNet.
