We are an established dental laboratory looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Development & Client Relations Executive to expand our customer base and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting dental clinics, introducing our laboratory services, securing new customers, and managing existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit dental clinics regularly to introduce and promote our laboratory services.

* Build and maintain professional relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and clinic managers.

* Identify new business opportunities and convert potential clinics into active customers.

* Present our dental laboratory products, services, and sample cases to dentists.

* Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

* Coordinate between dental clinics and the laboratory regarding cases, orders, and delivery timelines.

* Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

* Maintain accurate records of clinic visits, customer interactions, and sales performance.

* Achieve monthly sales and new customer acquisition targets.

* Prepare weekly sales and client relationship reports.

Requirements

* Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred.

* Experience in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry is an advantage.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Confident in conducting face-to-face sales visits.

* Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.

* Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
