Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2400 - $2800

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform wafer testing on wafer testing platforms according to production schedules and procedures.

• Conduct die testing on designated die testing platforms to meet production requirements and schedules.

• Carry out die sorting activities using sorting platforms in accordance with established procedures.

• Maintain and uphold 6S standards within the Fab area to ensure a clean, safe, organized, and efficient working environment.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and quality guidelines during production activities.
  

Job Requirement:

• Min. GCE 'O' Level, Nitec or an equivalent qualification.

• With relevant experience in engineering / semiconductor manufacturing background is an advantage.

• Entry Level welcome! Training will be provided!!!
