Core Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and mix ingredients according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recipes.
• Cooking Support: Operate basic kitchen equipment (ovens, mixers, or stovetops) and execute cooking tasks under direction.
• Plating & Portioning: Portion, assemble, and package food items to meet presentation and quality standards.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Clean and sanitize workstations, cooking utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Receive deliveries, unload and store supplies, rotate stock, check expiry dates, and assist with stock-taking.
