Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2 hours break and short breaks in-between)

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or above.
• Fresh graduates and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with good English communication skills. Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is also required.
• Must be familiar with the SJK(C) primary school syllabus, particularly Mandarin.
• Passionate about teaching and helping children improve academically.
• Comfortable teaching primarily primary school students, with some secondary-level students when required.
• Willing and capable of teaching other subjects, such as English and Mathematics, in addition to Mandarin.
• Patient, responsible, approachable and able to manage students effectively.
• Open to learning and adapting to the tuition centre's teaching methods.
• Able to communicate professionally with parents regarding students' progress and concerns.
• Willing to contribute to classroom management, homework supervision and daily centre operations.
• Looking for a long-term career in the education industry.

For Fresh Graduates:

• Strong academic results, particularly in relevant subjects.
• Good understanding of the SJK(C) syllabus.
• Confidence and willingness to teach Mandarin and additional subjects.
• No prior teaching experience required, as initial guidance will be provided.

For Experienced Teachers:

• Previous experience teaching Mandarin is required.
• Experience teaching SJK(C) primary school students is highly desirable.
• Able to manage students with different learning abilities and academic needs.
• Willing to teach other subjects and adapt to the centre's teaching approach.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Mandarin tuition lessons based on the SJK(C) syllabus.
• Teach additional subjects, including English and Mathematics, according to assigned classes and teaching ability.
• Primarily teach primary school students, with some secondary school classes when required.
• Guide students in understanding lessons, completing school homework and preparing for examinations.
• Ensure students complete homework accurately, neatly and on time.
• Prepare, assign and monitor revision exercises and examination papers.
• Track students' academic progress and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive learning habits.
• Communicate with parents regarding students' academic performance, behaviour and development.
• Address parents' enquiries and concerns professionally.
• Follow and adapt to the tuition centre's teaching methods and educational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised and positive classroom environment.
• Complete assigned responsibilities relating to homework, examination preparation and classroom cleanliness.
• Work closely with senior teachers and management to continuously improve teaching quality.
