Job Summary
Perform a range of beauty services including facials, waxing, and threading while providing professional consultations. Maintain hygiene standards, manage appointments, promote salon offerings, and collaborate with the team to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, and other salon treatments to meet client needs
Provide professional consultations to recommend suitable services and products based on client preferences
Deliver excellent customer service to achieve high client satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitisation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment
Manage appointment scheduling and assist walk-in customers efficiently to optimize salon flow
Promote salon packages, memberships, and retail products to increase sales and client engagement
Follow salon standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and grooming guidelines consistently
Collaborate with team members to support daily salon operations and maintain a positive work environment
