Responsibilities
Job Summary:
A Chambermaid is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, water, and tea/coffee items
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to supervisors
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, linen rooms, and service areas
Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and security procedures
