• Invoicing & Revenue Recognition: Prepare and issue invoices for the trading company and other business units, ensuring SST is applied correctly and revenue is recorded under the appropriate categories.
• Payment Tracking & Bank Reconciliation: Review daily bank transactions, allocate customer payments to outstanding invoices, and ensure accounts receivable records match the General Ledger.
• AR Aging Monitoring: Generate weekly and monthly aging reports, identify overdue payments, and flag customers who may pose a risk of non-payment.
• Credit Review & Control: Support credit checks for new customers and monitor approved credit limits, particularly for the newly established trading business.
• Customer Account Statements: Prepare and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers, follow up on discrepancies, and resolve billing issues in a timely manner.
• Audit Coordination: Assist with customer balance confirmations during the annual audit and prepare the required supporting documents and schedules for external auditors.
• Other Duties: Carry out additional finance-related tasks assigned by Management to support daily operations and business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
