Project Leadership and Management

Provide strategic direction and oversee the performance of the project/ Turnaround work

Ensure effective planning, coordination, mobilisation and execution of project/Turnaround activities.

Monitor project progress, critical milestones and resource utilisation.

Resolve major operational issues and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Commercial and Financial Management

Be accountable for project financial performance, cost control and profitability.

Monitor budgets, expenditure, manpower productivity and cost variances.

Ensure proper management of additional works, variation orders and contractual claims.

Safeguard the Company's commercial interests and prevent unauthorised financial commitments.

Contractual Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications and project requirements.

Identify and manage operational, financial and contractual risks.

 Escalate significant contractual and commercial matters to Management for decisions and  approval.

Safety, Quality and Compliance

Ensure compliance with statutory, client and Company HSEQ requirements.

Promote a strong safety culture and oversee the implementation of effective risk controls.

Ensure quality standards and contractual deliverables are achieved.

Manpower and Resource Management

Oversee manpower planning, mobilisation and resource allocation.

Ensure effective utilisation of manpower, equipment and subcontractors.

Monitor productivity and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.

Provide timely management reports on project performance, risks and financial status.
