Company Overview
SealXpert Products Pte Ltd manufactures and distributes industrial MRO consumables used globally in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Marine, and Facilities Management industries.
Job Summary
Perform full-set accounting duties including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial reports. Manage tax filings and liaise with auditors while supporting finance and administrative tasks to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations.
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare monthly financial reports to support timely closing of accounts
Complete GST, Corporate Tax submissions, and e-filing of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) to ensure compliance with tax regulations
Manage petty cash and expense claims to control company expenditures
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and insurers to facilitate audits and regulatory compliance
Assist with finance-related and administrative tasks as needed to support department operations
Utilize Autocount, MYOB, and Infotech software to maintain and update accounting records efficiently
Maintain organized and meticulous documentation to ensure data integrity and audit readiness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent preferred
Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
