• Degree in any field
• At least 2 year of working experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination or Shipping Administration.
• Hands-on experience in import/export shipping (K1, K2, K8 & K9) shipping documentation.
• Process customer purchase orders, order amendments and shipment arrangements (export & domestic).
• Update customer forecasts, orders and shipment status in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with customers, internal departments and forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and verify export shipping documents before shipment.
• Handle shipment issues, delays and delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and perform general sales support duties.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
