Role Description The Regional HR Advisor / Regional HR Specialist / Regional HR Director will oversee and support HR operations across assigned regions to ensure consistent, fair, and compliant people practices. This remote role includes advising leadership on HR policies, labor and employment law, and HR management, as well as supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. The role involves developing and implementing regional HR initiatives, guiding managers on best practices, and resolving complex HR matters in alignment with organizational values and local regulations. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate HR documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including regional or multi-location support.
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and advise stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Experience in professional services, legal, tax, or consulting environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced HR certification is beneficial.
