- Manage and coordinate the day - to day operations of the building, including maintenance, security and house keeping, facilites management and administation.
- Oversee managements and workers realtions by adreesing inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and optimize cost.
- Assist in budget preparation, financical monitoring and expenditure control for building operations and administration.
- Have own transport

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
