Our client is a Singapore-based professional services firm that primarily provides outsourced accounting and business support services. They are looking for a detail-oriented
Accounting Associate / Senior Associate
to manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients. This role offers exposure to a wide range of accounting, payroll, and compliance functions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions
Manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR and general ledger
Process payroll and handle quarterly GST submissions
Review and process client expenses in accordance with company policies
Prepare account reconciliations, schedules, and management reports (including cash flow)
Perform month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting
Prepare unaudited financial statements in compliance with SFRS
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies (e.g. ACRA, IRAS)
Support ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA (or equivalent)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in accounting, audit, or tax firms is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of Singapore compliance requirements (ACRA, IRAS, CPF)
Familiar with cloud accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, JustLogin)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
