Responsibilities
Coordinate personalized wellness plans and provide ongoing support for the health and well-being of designated individuals.
Conduct regular blood glucose and blood pressure checks in accordance with established care protocols and the individual's healthcare plan.
Assist with lifestyle management, dietary monitoring, and other daily wellness activities based on individual needs.
Provide appropriate medical assistance and physical care during travel, within the scope of professional training and authorization.
Observe and document changes in health status, and promptly communicate concerns to the relevant healthcare professionals.
Coordinate healthcare arrangements and monitoring requirements to maintain consistent support throughout travel.
