* Experience in steel fabrication / structural steel is highly preferred.

* Good knowledge of steel materials, fabrication processes and production workflow.

* Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management or related field.

* Experience in production planning, fabrication progress and quality control.

* Able to manage production workers and coordinate with different departments.

* Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

* Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

* Good computer skills and reporting ability.

* Malaysian citizen.

* Plan and monitor dailysteel fabricationactivities and production progress.

* Supervise fabrication work to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

* Inspect fabrication quality and ensure work meets project specifications and standards.

* Monitor and control materials, including material usage, availability and wastage.

* Coordinate with Project, QA/QC, Purchasing and Site teams on production requirements.

* Monitor production manpower, workflow and productivity.

* Identify and resolve production issues and delays.

* Prepare and report production progress to management.
