Job Description
- Manage and maintain compliance with customs regulations and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of documentation for preferential trade certifications.
- Monitor and evaluate the utilisation of FTAs to maximise cost savings and trade benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data for customs declarations.
- Provide guidance and advice on trade regulations and preferential schemes to relevant stakeholders.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to customs and trade activities.
- Keep updated on changes in trade regulations and communicate updates to the team.
- Assist in resolving any customs-related issues or discrepancies efficiently.
A Successful Customs Preferential And FTA Executive Should Have
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and Free Trade Agreements.
- Experience in procurement and supply chain within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing trade documentation.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Annual salary ranging from MYR 72000 to MYR 88000.
- Basic benefits package included.
- Permanent position located in Selangor.
