WEEK 1

Learn alongside experienced teammates. Observe. Try. Get feedback.
WEEK 2
“Wait, that actually worked.”
Start understanding how different people respond and adjust your approach.
WEEK 3+
“Okay. Let me try.”
More confidence. Better conversations. More independence.
WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?
Meet and engage customers face-to-face
Represent different brands at events & roadshows
