About the Role

This is a structured management trainee programme designed for high-potential candidates who are interested in developing their F&B operations, management, and leadership skills.

You will receive hands-on operational training, mentorship from senior leaders, and exposure to different areas of F&B operations with the opportunity to progress into future management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of daily F&B outlet operations, service flow, products, and customer engagement.

• Support the Outlet Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Assist with strategic planning and execution of outlet initiatives and business goals.

• Support shift management and guide team members to maintain service standards.

• Engage with customers and handle their needs and feedback professionally.

• Provide management and administrative support.

• Participate in structured training covering company processes, systems, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Passionate about F&B Operations and willing to learn.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-oriented, confident, and leadership-minded.

• Willing to undergo structured training and rotational assignments.
