As a Omnichannel Media Performance & Strategic Partnership, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth. You'll work closely with Brand, Marketing, Creative, and E-commerce teams to ensure every media investment delivers maximum impact.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute media campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights, data, and business goals.
• Analyze media effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams, media agencies, and platform partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Manage media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Stay updated on the latest media trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms.

What We're Looking For

• Have 3-6 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or campaign optimization.
• Understand how to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns.
• Are comfortable working with campaign data and turning insights into actions.
• Have experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar media tools.
• Enjoy collaborating with different teams and external partners.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your work.
• Have experience in FMCG, beauty, or consumer brands (a plus).
