Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and internal sales teams.
• Process orders, quotations, deliveries and related documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve order or delivery issues.
• Monitor order status and follow up on pending matters.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare monthly reports.
• Support general administrative and office coordination tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good communication, coordination and administrative skills.
• Previous admin/customer service experience is an advantage.
