Responsibilities
Summary:
12 hours shift 7am - 7pm /7pm -7am, 4 days
VB + Night shift allowances

Job Scope:
Set up and operate CNC machines for turning, milling, drilling, and grinding operations.
Perform 2-axis turning and 5-axis milling to produce precision components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
Determine machining methods, tooling requirements, and process sequences.
Use precision measuring instruments to inspect and ensure product quality.
Identify and rectify machining defects and dimensional deviations.
Edit CNC programs and optimize machining parameters for efficiency and quality.
Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and coolants based on material requirements.
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance and servicing.
Support fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing activities.
Work closely with production teams to achieve output and quality targets.
Job Requirements:
NTC / ITC in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Relevant experience in machining or precision manufacturing.
Experience in CNC machining including 2-axis turning and 5-axis milling is required.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.
Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.
