Sales experience is preferred, especially in curtains, furnishing, interior design, renovation, furniture or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Confident, outgoing and able to communicate well with customers.

Target-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Able to develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Willing to conduct outdoor sales, customer visits and site appointments when required.

Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Able to travel for customer appointments and business development.

Able to prepare quotations, follow up leads and close sales.

Good time management, organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Basic knowledge of curtains, fabrics, blinds or interior furnishing products is an advantage.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Positive attitude, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

Able to work as a team and coordinate with the installation and operations teams.

Experience dealing with homeowners, interior designers, contractors, developers or corporate clients is an added advantage.

Promote and sell curtains, blinds, wallpaper, upholstery and other furnishing products to customers.

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through online enquiries, referrals, networking and outdoor sales.

Attend customer appointments, conduct site visits and measurements when required.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable curtain designs, fabrics, blinds and furnishing solutions.

Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and negotiate pricing to close sales.

Follow up on leads, enquiries and existing customers in a timely and professional manner.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Coordinate closely with the installation, production and operations teams to ensure orders are completed smoothly.

Monitor order status and follow up with customers from quotation to installation and completion.

Provide professional after-sales service and handle customer enquiries or issues.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Participate in showroom activities, promotions, exhibitions and company marketing campaigns.

Represent CML Furnishing Sdn Bhd professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service.
