Experience in traditional cultural entertainment, cultural tourism performances, stage management, or event planning is preferred.

Familiarity with traditional performances such as folk dance, instrumental music, tea art, or Sichuan face-changing is an advantage.

Experience in programme arrangement, performer management, and on-site execution is preferred.

Strong aesthetic judgement and on-site management skills, with the ability to independently plan and execute performance programmes.

Strong team management, communication, coordination, and execution skills.

Plan traditional cultural entertainment programmes, arrange performances, and manage live shows at the outlet.

Coordinate performances such as folk dance, guzheng, guqin, Sichuan face-changing, and tea art demonstrations to create a distinctive cultural dining experience.

Develop daily performance procedures, rehearsal schedules, show programmes, stage positioning, and costume styling standards.

Assist with performer recruitment and manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and on-site coordination.

Support festive events, VIP receptions, brand promotions, and short-form video productions.

Oversee music, lighting, atmosphere, audience interaction, and the overall quality of live performances.

Coordinate with the front-of-house, customer service, and operations teams to enhance the dining experience and strengthen brand visibility
