We're Hiring: Senior Front-end Engineer/Developer!

Location:Singapore

We are looking for a Senior Front-end Engineer/Developer to build and maintain reusable UI components within an established design system. The role involves translating Figma designs into production-ready code, ensuring design consistency, accessibility, responsive behaviour, and high-quality testing.

• Review Figma component specifications, variants, states, and responsive behaviour against the existing design system.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to clarify requirements before implementation.

• Map Figma variables to code design tokens for colours, typography, spacing, and motion.

• Develop reusable UI components with strongly typed props and support for different variants and states.

• Ensure accessibility compliance, including WCAG 2.2 AA, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and colour contrast.

• Implement localisation, right-to-left (RTL) layouts, and locale-specific currency, date, and number formats.

• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate component development, testing, and documentation while reviewing generated output for quality and compliance.

• Maintain reusable AI prompts, context files, and coding conventions.

• Write unit, interaction, visual regression, and automated accessibility tests across themes and responsive breakpoints.

• Conduct visual reviews with designers to ensure accurate alignment between Figma designs and implemented components.

• Document components in Storybook, including usage guidelines, props, design tokens, and migration notes.

• Follow design-system governance, code review, versioning, release, and publishing processes.

• Support adoption by development teams and contribute feedback to improve the design system.
  
  

• Strong experience in front-end development and reusable UI component engineering.

• Experience translating Figma designs into production-ready front-end code.

• Good understanding of design systems, component architecture, design tokens, and typed props APIs.

• Experience with responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility.

• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, preferably WCAG 2.2 AA.

• Experience with unit testing, interaction testing, visual regression, and accessibility testing.

• Familiarity with Storybook and component documentation.

• Experience using AI coding assistants for development, testing, or documentation.

• Understanding of localisation, RTL layouts, and international date, number, and currency formats.

• Strong collaboration skills when working with designers, developers, and stakeholders.

• Ability to follow coding standards, code review processes, and release governance.
