Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, or other relevant design software.

Good understanding of construction methods, carpentry detailing, materials, and finishes.

Strong creativity, space planning skills, and attention to detail.

Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.

Willingness to attend site inspections and coordinate with contractors.

Possess own transportation and be willing to travel to project sites when required.

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

Prepare space planning, 2D layouts, 3D renderings, detailed drawings, and material specifications.

Attend client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and expectations.

Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material proposals.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and site supervisors.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design accuracy.

Ensure all drawings and design deliverables are completed within deadlines.

Resolve design-related issues during construction and installation.

Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining design quality.

Ensure projects are delivered according to approved designs, budgets, and timelines.
