A fast-growing MNC is looking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Trainee to join their expanding team. If you have a background in accounting or finance and are eager to gain practical experience, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in processing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and supporting records.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Support audit and tax documentation when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.
