Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
Provide Level 2 application support, troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Use SQL to investigate data issues, validate transactions and improve performance.
Support bug fixes, application enhancements, API integrations and automation scripts.
Participate in UAT, deployments, upgrades and system migrations.
Explore practical AI and automation solutions to improve support efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
Strong SQL skills, including joins, stored procedures and query optimization.
Working knowledge of at least one language such as Python, Java, C# or JavaScript.
Experience troubleshooting application, database and integration issues.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON and web services.
Familiarity with application deployment, incident management and change management.
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Stand out with: Exposure to Power Automate, UiPath, AI-assisted development tools, cloud platforms, ERP/SAP/DMS, Power BI or Git/CI/CD.
