Bachelor's Degree or equivalent recognised qualification is required.

Experience in customer service, warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics is preferred.

Previous experience in supervising or leading a team is an advantage.

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage both customer service responsibilities and hands-on warehouse operations.

Willing to assist with packing goods weighing up to 10 kg.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Handle customer enquiries through online platforms and phone calls professionally and promptly.

Supervise and lead the warehouse packing team to ensure customer orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.

Oversee inventory management, including sorting, organizing, unpacking incoming shipments, arranging stocks, conducting stock counts, and replenishing inventory.

Monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows, inventory control, and logistics processes.

Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse and inventory management practices.

Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
