MyBurgerLab Hiring! Full Time Store Manager (Aman Suria) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,300 - Ricebowl

• Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the restaurant team in delivering great myBurgerLab’s experience to our customers.
• Ensure all operating standards are adhered to; quality, service, cleanliness, and improve internal control measures.
• Plan and manage local store marketing activities and to implement national marketing campaign.
• Increase restaurant performance through sales building, evaluate and control expenditure, actively pursue cost saving measures.
• Develop knowledge and insight of customers, community and trading area.
• Plan manpower, recruitment and identify training needs of the restaurant team. Able to train, coach, and develop team members.
• Review and ensure timely, accurate and complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• To implement effective restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety.
• Eager to learn and grow, always ready to take up new challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Service/Culinary Arts / Business/Management or equivalent.
• Strong interest and passion in running and leading a food & beverage business independently, possess entrepreneur mindset, result oriented and know how to set goals and work towards achieving it.
• A natural leader, likes to work with people, good in coaching, growing others and motivating team members for better performance.
• Good in planning and executing, resourceful and proactive in looking for solution when faced with challenges and opportunities.
• Effective time management, delegation, ability to interpret financial data and derive action plans.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all levels, always ready to listen and learn from others.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Having a third language/dialect is an added advantage.
• This role will be based in myBurgerLab Mytown.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 per month
