Quantitative Developer (Rust) - Singapore - Digital Asset Trading

About the Company

A leading institutional digital asset trading firm. It’s regulated, profitable through multiple market cycles, and building out its trading technology team as it grows.

About the Role

You’ll build the systems behind the firm’s trading, covering execution, order book aggregation, market data and risk, working directly with traders and quants. The work is Rust-led, alongside Java, Python and C#. It’s a small team with daily deployments and a direct line to management, so you’ll own what you build.

Requirements

• Strong programming in Rust (preferred) or Java, Python or C#, and openness to working across all four
• Strong data structures, algorithms and concurrency fundamentals
• Linux development and debugging
• A track record of building and shipping, whether in industry, open source or your own projects
• Genuine interest in trading and markets, and in AI-assisted development
• Based in Singapore, with the right to work there without sponsorship
