United Vehicles Industries Sdn. Bhd. is an automotive components manufacturer supplying products to major automotive OEM customers, including Perodua, Proton, Honda, Toyota, and others.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the company's Quality Management System in compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
• Lead quality control activities to ensure product quality meets customer specifications and company standards.
• Monitor quality performance, establish quality targets and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external customers to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
• Manage customer complaints, product rejections, failure analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct and monitor quality audits, review quality plans, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Analyze quality data using appropriate statistical methods and recommend improvements to products, manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
• Oversee the implementation of quality improvement plans and engineering changes.
• Support quality-related activities and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in Quality Control, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality assurance practices.
• Proficient in QC 7 Tools and familiar with ICC requirements.
• Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, APQP, MSA, and PPAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional team

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
