Job Description

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Handling guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Assisting guests with luggage, transportation, and other hotel services
• Maintaining accurate records and updating guest information
• Providing recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities
• Ensuring the front desk and lobby area are well-organised and presentable
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
• 6 working days per week
• Working hours: 0700 hrs - 1500 hrs / 1500 hrs - 2300 hrs / 2300 hrs - 0700 hrs

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle guest queries and concerns.
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
