A globally established organisation is seeking a Customer & Pricing Master Data Administrator to join its regional operations team. This opportunity offers exposure to a dynamic multinational environment, supporting business operations through the management of critical customer and pricing master data across regional markets.



Your new role

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable customer and pricing data while ensuring compliance with established governance standards and operational procedures. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and support functions, you will play an important role in enabling efficient commercial operations and high-quality data management.



Key responsibilities include:

• Create, maintain, and update customer master records across business systems.
• Support the administration of pricing master data, including approved price changes, discounts, and promotional structures.
• Perform regular data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to improve master data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and established processes.
• Support business stakeholders with customer, pricing, and master data-related enquiries.
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure data consistency across systems.
• Generate reports and analyses to support business decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Investigate and resolve master data issues, discrepancies, and urgent requests.
• Contribute to process enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives within the master data function.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management, Customer Master Data, Pricing Administration, Sales Operations, or Shared Services environments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data maintenance processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage, analyse, and validate large data sets.
• Experience supporting customer or commercial operations within a multinational environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to support regional stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
