About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Growth & Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our demand generation and commercial expansion. You will drive inbound lead pipelines, refine our marketing channels, and work directly on domestic commercial opportunities while helping structure market entry strategies for new regions.

We are looking for someone who understands business, customers and commercial decision-making, and who is comfortable testing different approaches, measuring results and efficiently translating strategy into measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to turn ideas and strategies into action, taking ownership from initial planning through to execution and results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Inbound Lead Generation

• Plan and execute targeted growth initiatives (digital, events, content) to generate qualified inbound leads.
• Build and optimise the lead generation funnel from initial awareness through to lead qualification across relevant organic and paid channels.
• Track metrics such as qualified leads, acquisition cost, conversion rates and generated pipeline and continuously refine the growth strategy based on performance and market feedback.

2. Domestic Business Development & Sales Support

• Follow up on inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and map out initial sales opportunities.
• Support commercial discussions and partnership proposals.

3. Market Entry & Regional Expansion

• Identify new customer segments, channels and commercial opportunities through market research and assessment of potential regional and international markets.
• Build preliminary outreach pipelines and relationship leads in target expansion zones.
• Adapt marketing messaging and go-to-market collaterals to suit local regulatory and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years of combined experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or business development in a fast-paced environment (startup, tech, or specialized healthcare/B2B preferred).
• Proven track record of setting up lead generation funnels and turning marketing traffic into sales opportunities.
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Resourceful, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership, testing new approaches and wearing multiple hats in a lean team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
