Support marketing and business initiatives by analysing campaign performance, developing interactive dashboards using BI tools, and utilizing SQL for data management and reporting automation.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Reporting
- Assist in campaign performance analysis and post-campaign reporting.
- Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Assist to update recurring reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis to support marketing initiatives.
- Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
- Support development and enhancement of dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Create visualizations to present business performance and campaign insights.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Document dashboard logic, metrics definitions, and reporting requirements.
- Data Management & Automation
- Assist in data preparation, cleansing, and transformation activities.
- Support SQL scripting for data extraction and analysis.
- Participate in automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.
- Validate datasets across multiple platforms and databases.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Related disciplines: Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Phyton is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to adapt and thrive in fast-changing environment.
