We are growing our team and looking for experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor & Contract Executive to join our EPC renewable energy and energy storage projects The role covers utility scale size project's cost estimation, quantity surveying, tendering, contract administration, cost control, claims and commercial management. We are particularly interested in a QS who combines strong commercial fundamentals with good IT skills, AI-enabled productivity, data analysis, and a proactive approach to improving how work is done. This is an opportunity for someone who does not simply follow existing processes, but actively looks for ways to make QS and commercial activities faster, more accurate, and more efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labour, equipment and subcontract works
• Analyse drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documents
• Prepare cost plans, budgets and tender pricing
• Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Support value engineering and cost optimisation
• Maintain cost databases and pricing benchmarks
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare/review BOQs
• Track project quantities, scope changes and cost variations
• Administer EPC contracts and subcontracts, including FIDIC or equivalent
• Assess variations, claims, change requests and commercial submissions

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline; Candidates with a relevant Polytechnic Diploma and strong relevant work experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant QS / commercial experience
• Experience in EPC, infrastructure, power, electrical or renewable energy projects
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost control
• Experience with subcontractor and supplier commercial evaluation
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering, procurement, construction and project teams
• Candidates should already have the right to work in Singapore, no work pass sponsorship is available
