Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails for a US healthcare insurance project.
• Support customers with insurance coverage, claims, benefits, and related inquiries.
• Communicate in English and the respective native-level language (Japanese or Korean).
• Handle approximately 60–70% of interactions in English and 30–40% in Japanese or Korean.

Candidate Requirements

• English: Minimum C1 Advanced proficiency is mandatory for all candidates.
• Education: Minimum high school graduate.
• Experience: At least 5 years of work experience.
• Customer Service: Prior CS experience is mandatory.
• Preferred Experience: BPO customer support or call center experience in healthcare.
• Insurance Knowledge: Knowledge of insurance is mandatory.
• Leadership: Team Leader or Supervisor-level skills are preferred.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,900.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
