About the Client

Our client operates in the beauty, wellness, and health products sector, with business activities covering the trading, importing, exporting, distribution, marketing, and direct sales of beauty and personal care products.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

2. At least 3–5 years of relevant internal working experience in a direct selling company, particularly in business development, distributor management, training, or network development.

3. Strong understanding of the direct selling industry, distributor networks, compensation plans, and network development processes.

4. Proven experience in independently developing markets, recruiting distributors, and driving sales growth.

5. Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to independently conduct product presentations, business opportunity briefings, and distributor training sessions.

6. Excellent distributor relationship management, business coordination, and problem-solving skills.

7. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

8. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to independently plan and execute business development initiatives.

9. Strong market analysis and business planning skills, with the ability to develop practical market expansion strategies and recommendations.

10. Willing to travel outstation for distributor visits, business development activities, and promotional events as required.

11. Candidates with experience or educational backgrounds in Food Science, Nutrition, health supplements, beauty, or wellness industries will have an added advantage.

1. Drive business expansion in the Malaysian market by actively developing new distributors, members, and potential customers to expand the company's direct selling network.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, members, and key business partners to enhance distributor engagement and sales performance.

3. Independently conduct product presentations, business plan presentations, and business opportunity briefings, effectively communicating the company's product features, compensation plan, and business opportunities.

4. Plan and execute business development activities, including product demonstrations, business opportunity meetings, roadshows, distributor recruitment events, and market expansion initiatives.

5. Provide guidance and support to new and existing distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, compensation plans, and business development methods to enhance their business capabilities.

6. Develop and implement market development plans to achieve assigned business development, distributor expansion, and sales performance targets.

7. Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and distributor needs, and provide recommendations to management for business growth and market expansion.

8. Monitor distributor development progress, business activities, and sales performance, and prepare regular business reports with recommendations for improvement.

9. Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve distributor and customer-related issues and ensure smooth business operations.

10. Participate in product launches, training programs, promotional campaigns, and outstation business development activities as required.
