Responsibilities
Job Summary
Lead and manage commercial interior design fit-out projects by overseeing site teams, coordinating technical requirements, and ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining safety and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning and monitor site progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
Manage and supervise site teams and subcontractors to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards
Coordinate technical design requirements, on-site modifications, and M&E work packages with the Qualified Person (QP) to ensure compliance and project alignment
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, designers, and consultants; actively participate in project, site, and progress meetings to facilitate communication and decision-making
Prepare, track, and update construction schedules and progress reports for internal teams and clients to maintain transparency and control
Enforce workplace safety standards and project-specific safety requirements on site to ensure a safe working environment
Required competencies and certifications
Possess relevant certifications in Project Management, Workplace Safety, Construction Management, or Interior Design
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior design fit-outs and renovation projects
Apply strong analytical skills to assess project progress and resolve issues effectively
Utilize exceptional organizational and construction planning skills to manage fast-tracked commercial timelines
Exhibit excellent time-management and project-tracking abilities to meet demanding schedules
Communicate effectively and confidently with clients, consultants, and site crews using strong interpersonal skills
Collaborate proactively as a team player with internal design and site teams to achieve project goals
