A manufacturing company in Pasir Gudang is looking for an experienced HR Executive to start as soon as possible.

What you will do

• Run recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Keep employee records and HR files up to date
• Prepare payroll inputs, attendance and leave records
• Support EPF, SOCSO and EIS submissions
• Support employee relations and day-to-day staff matters
• Assist the HR Manager

What we need -

• At least 3 years' HR experience
• Proficient in written and speak Mandarin to handle vendor documentation and correspondence from China.
• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act and statutory contributions
• Good Microsoft Office skills

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
