Stream Empire Holdings Hiring! Full Time Senior Marketing - Events Executive (Wine Industry) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

The Chamber is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing & Events Executive to support the planning and execution of in-store events, as well as day-to-day retail operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong events background and a solid understanding of retail operations, particularly within premium or lifestyle brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events, product launches, and brand activations across all outlets.

· Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

· Oversee event logistics, including inventory management, display setup, staffing coordination, and customer flow.

· Work closely with the content and marketing teams on livestream or digital event integration when required.

· Support the Operations Manager in implementing and monitoring store SOPs, daily operations, and process improvements.

· Provide on-site leadership during events, troubleshoot in real time, and ensure premium brand representation.

· Maintain accurate post-event reporting and provide insights for continuous improvement.

· Expected to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on event schedules. Replacement leave provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in event coordination; wedding industry, or in-house retail operations exposure is a strong advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added plus.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with attention to detail and customer experience
• Familiarity with luxury retail, lifestyle, or F&B industry is an added benefit.
• Willing to relocate to new office in Old Klang Road in Sept 2026

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
