Responsibilities
Position Summary
Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple coffeeshop outlet, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, high service standards, and a positive workplace culture. The role involves roster planning, tenant and vendor management, maintenance coordination, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies
Plan and manage staff duty rosters across multiple outlets.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleanliness, service quality, and maintenance.
Resolve operational issues, including manpower shortages, equipment breakdowns, and tenant concerns.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and employment regulations.
Support recruitment, staff training, and staff performance management.
Coordinate with tenants and vendors to maintain smooth operations and service standards.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience, preferably in F&B and coffeeshop operations.
Strong roster planning, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outlets and priorities effectively.
Candidate will need to be proficient in mandarin since the job requires dealing with tenants and vendors that are mandarin speaking
Proficient in MS Office; experience with POS and HRIS systems is preferred. Infotech experience is an advantage.
Willing to travel between outlets and work on weekends or public holidays when required.
